Your files

Every tool on AMPDF runs in your browser. The file or text you provide is processed on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. We do not receive, store, or log your files, their names, or their contents.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, with Google Consent Mode, to understand which tools are used and how they perform. We only send non-identifying event data — page views, the tool name, an approximate file-size bucket, and processing duration. We never send filenames, file contents, or personal information, and you can decline analytics without losing any functionality. Per Google’s documentation, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store visitor IP addresses. See how Google uses this data.

• • EU, UK and Switzerland: analytics cookies are only set after you accept. Until you choose — or if you reject — Google Consent Mode receives only anonymous, cookieless pings that carry no cookies or persistent identifiers.
• • Everywhere else: anonymous analytics is on by default so we can see how the site is used worldwide. If you choose “Reject non-essential” in the cookie banner, no analytics cookies or persistent identifiers are used and any we set earlier are removed; we still count the visit as an anonymous, cookieless page-count so our totals reflect everyone.

Advertising

Some pages may display ads served by Google (AdSense). When advertising is enabled and you consent, Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and may use them to personalise ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. Ads are never placed between a finished result and its download button.

Local storage

We use your browser’s local storage only for conveniences such as your theme choice, your consent selection, and your list of recently used tools. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
