Frequently asked questions
- Will this make my image sharper for print?
- No. DPI is only a tag that tells a printer how big to render the existing pixels. To actually add resolution you need a larger image; this tool changes the print scale, not the detail.
- Why can't I use a WebP or GIF file?
- PNG and JPEG have a standard place to store density. WebP and GIF do not carry a widely-read DPI field, so the tool only accepts PNG and JPEG.
