Frequently asked questions
- Why is the download always a PNG?
- Only PNG (and WebP) support transparency. A JPG cannot have transparent corners, so the circle is exported as PNG to keep the area outside it clear.
- Can I choose which part of the photo the circle covers?
- The circle is taken from the centre. Crop the image first with the Crop Image tool if you need to reposition the subject before making it round.
